401(k) Deferred Compensation Plan
REDD gives employees the opportunity to contribute a percentage of their salary, or a specified amount, tax-free, to personal retirement accounts. REDD matches 50% of the amount that contributes up to 4% of the employee's compensation. Essentially, if you contribute 4% or more of your compensation to the plan, REDD will contribute 2% of your salary to your 401k account.

Technical Training
REDD is committed to keeping pace with today's rapidly changing information technology landscape. Because of our commitment and responsiveness to change, REDD will pay for Technical Training, as well as for the certification of all passed exams, to help you further develop both your technical and business related skills that you acquired in any previous education. Any training provided will be related to your current project or career path.

Tuition Reimbursement
REDD encourages personal and professional development. To assist employees with achieving their goals, REDD offers tuition reimbursement benefits. Each full-time employee who is taking classes related to REDD business focus at an accredited University or College is eligible to receive up to $2,500 per year towards education costs.

Holidays / Vacation / Leave
Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave
Maternity leave will consist of six (6) weeks of paid leave. REDD also offers up to 5 days of paid paternity leave.

Paid Holidays
As a U.S. Government Contractor, REDD recognizes that our employees are an integral part of supporting the mission of our clients. Therefore, REDD employees are required to follow their client's work and holiday schedule. Typically, most clients follow the Federal Government Holiday Schedule.

Paid Time Off
REDD Employees are provided with 18 days of paid time off per year, for vacation, personal business, and sick time. The amount of PTO increases after 2 years of service.

Health Care Insurance
Full-time employees may choose health insurance coverage through United Healthcare. REDD is a group member of United's Choice Plus Plan JJA and Choice Plus Plan JJJ Coverage Plans.  Both plans are PPO, giving employees the option to see any provider with the flexibility to use an out-of-network health care provider. Choice Plus plan gives you the freedom to see any Physician or other health care professional from our Network, including specialists, without a referral. With this plan, you will receive the highest level of benefits when you seek care from a network physician, facility or other health care professional. In addition, you do not have to worry about any claim forms or bills. You also may choose to seek care outside the Network, without a referral. Newly enrolled REDD employees begin coverage on the first day of the first month following hire.

Dental Insurance
Dental coverage for full-time employees is provided by Delta Dental. The Delta PPO Option 1 Plan covers orthodontia, in addition to preventive, basic, and major procedures.

Life Insurance
REDD offers three insurance policies through Jefferson Pilot. Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy REDD funds insurance coverage of $50,000.

Short Term Disability Insurance
This policy provides 60% of an employee's gross salary up to $1,000/week.

Long Term Disability Insurance
This policy provides 66 2/3% of gross salary up to $8,000/month.

Section 529 Plan
Our employees can enroll in a tax-advantaged account in which your earnings grow free from income tax and you are not taxed once the money is used for Qualified Higher Education Expenses.

Flexible Spending Account
This benefit allows an employee to put aside pre-tax dollars for medical and dependent care spending, which allows employees to contribute money for expenses not covered in the health care plans and the care of dependants.

Metro Smart Benefits Program
Employees who use public transportation to commute to work can enroll in the Metro Smart Benefits Program. This program allows employees to make pre-tax contributions to purchase metro transit and metro parking fees, through a payroll deduction.

Utilization and Employee Referral Bonuses
REDD rewards employees for working extra hours above their Utilization Base Hours (UBH). We also offer a substantial employee referral bonus of $5,000 for all employee referrals that are hired at REDD. We also hold raffles quarterly throughout the year for all referrals that are submitted. The award for the raffle is a $500 gift card to selected retail stores.

Employee Activities and Services
We understand that executives, managers, and employees need time to unwind and an opportunity to relate to each other in a casual environment.
